There is also a private den off the living room to watch tv or play games. Downstairs, you will also enjoy an expansive game room, complete with a 70” LCD television equipped with surround sound, table tennis, cocktail bar, foosball and extensive record collection that can play through a bluetooth speakers. There is a large window to catch a glimpse into the pool as friends and family swim by. Outside, the sand volleyball and courts can provide many hours of fun in the shade.
